We will then make selective calls to potential candidates and interview suitable applicants. Once prime candidates are selected we will forward confidential profiles to our client.

We will manage the interview process and relay feedback to both client and candidate, negotiate the offer and follow up with both parties on completion of the successful placement.

Post-offer acceptance is a critical time in the search process and we keep our clients fully briefed on any counter offer, candidate concerns or issues that may arise after the offer has been made.
